Our daily schedule is based on the Rule of St. Benedict. It gives priority of place to community prayer, bringing the monks together seven times each day in the Abbey church to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, the "Opus Dei".
St. Benedict also provides two work periods each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
